[REBOL] POP Mail Problem

Hi Rebols,
I am having problems connecting to our POP mail. When I try the
following:-
Rebol> read pop://bric1:[mypasswd--staff--worc--ac--uk]
** User Error: Server error: tcp -ERR WRONG!! No prize for you!!.
** Where: read pop://bric1:[mypasswd--staff--worc--ac--uk]

The contents of my user.r file is as follows:-
