I agree completely - The languages that we have around today make it very
painful to develop
teaching aids. Rebol, with its expressiveness, helps mitigate it to quite an
extent.... However,
the issue would be with acceptance, if REBOL is used only for teaching
tools. Income has to be
generated from sales and if REBOL is successful in penerating some part of
the production users market,
then sustainability of the product is assurred, leading to wider acceptance.
Gregg, When do you realistically expect R3 to be stabilised ?, that is, if
you have some inkling. Is it worth getting into
R2.76 for developing software, now? I would appreciate some feedback on
this.
