Hi Max,

The default install location for Rebol is in C:\Program
Files\rebol\view .  If that's where Rebol's currently installed on
your system, moving it to a different directory (outside of C:\Program
Files\) should fix the situation.  C:\Program Files\ has some strange
read/write limitations in Vista.
