[REBOL] BER encoding

Hi,
This is something that is in the back of my mind for some time (and
flows to the front of my mind because of the vibration ;-) ) Does
anybody have a decent BER encoding/decoding engine?
With all the encryption stuff in REBOL it *should* be easy to decode and
read X509 certificates, store them smartly, network-enable them in ways
other people can only dream of and, of course, generate them.
But it starts with the encoding.
Any ideas?
