Allowing users to set the browser command is a security issue. The
SET-BROWSER-PATH function is available only on beta releases of
View.
It will be necessary to find out a different mean to set the
browser path. Anyway, you should be able to make BROWSE work by
adding a symlink from /usr/bin/netscape to your browser; there
might still be problems with argument passing, but it should work
in most cases. (Not tested.)
