Yes, try recycle.
Just use

	recycle

without any refinements to do it straight away.

>> ? recycle
USAGE:
    RECYCLE /off /on /torture

DESCRIPTION:
     Recycles unused memory.
     RECYCLE is a native value.

REFINEMENTS:
     /off
     /on
     /torture -- Temporary internal feature
