[REBOL] Re: words, words, words

From: cyphre:seznam:cz at: 13-Nov-2002 15:23

Hello Hallvard and all, I'm sorry but I don't know about any free dictionary files...try to search at Google.... I just know one useful site http://www.ectaco.com/ where is lot of international online dictionaries. BTW Very soon I'll release a new version of Translator. This version will support lots of dictionary web services (not only for czech people)...If you are interested, have a look at the screenshot http://www.rebol.cz/~cyphre/translatorNG.jpg regards, Cyphre ----- Original Message ----- From: "Hallvard Ystad" <[hallvard--ystad--helpinhand--com]> To: <[rebol-list--rebol--com]> Sent: Wednesday, November 13, 2002 11:51 AM Subject: [REBOL] words, words, words Hi list, I hope you all recognized my Hamlet quote in the subject line. This message is primarily for Cyphre, (because I have seen http://www.rebol.cz/~cyphre/slovnik.r) but everyone else is welcome to answer if you have any good tips. I'm looking for free-to-use dictionary files. Files with lots of words in them. I don't need files with two languages in them. I found some files at http://www.june29.com/IDP/, and they certainly will do, but maybe someone knows about something else I may use for free too? I'm creating a little script that will replace some words with others (without translating into another language), so the more words there are in a file, the better. Thanks for any tips. ~H
