[REBOL] Quickie help question...

Hi All,
I haven't done much with REBOL for quite awhile and am out of practice.
I have a script that retrieves a ship image that no longer works.
A valid URL for one image is:
http://www.ellisislandrecords.org/cgi-bin/tif2gif.exe?T=\\192.168.4.229\images\T715-1352\T715-13520436.TIF&S=.5
which works if plugged into a browser.
When issued from REBOL as:
a: read/binary that-url-above
it fails with a read error.
Anyone able/willing to help?
