[REBOL] System data

I notice you guys (in the gender-neutral sense) referring
to SYSTEM/this and SYSTEM/that, which seem to be
data items used by REBOL and available to programmers.
How did you find out what they all are? I have seen no
documentation on the REBOL web site. Do you just poke
around, or is there a more efficient way?
