[REBOL] load/header not function in Core -> submited to Rambo

Hello rebolist,

  just want to let you know that I submited this as a bug to Rambo
  database:

  http://www.rebol.net/cgi-bin/rambo.r?id=-499&

  load/header should be working in Core as well.
