Have a look at: http://www.bcl-computers.com They have an online pdf-html converter (although I thinks its limited to 5mb files). I also use their plugin for Acrobat called Magellan. This is a pdf - html converter. Results vary from very good to 'of some use'. They also have a product called Jade which will covert to rtf format. Give them a try you should find them useful. I think you can download demo versions - but you will need a full version of Acrobat. Nigel
