[REBOL] Data Base Administration

Hello to all,
I'm quite new in Rebol and i envisage to build a tool for DB Ad (Oracle, actually). First
of all would be to collect infos from the Base, integrate these infos into a small historical
DB (mysql for example) and view it with R/view.
Hum, should i build a real client-server system ? should i telnet the server, then run
the sql scripts and get a result file ? should i use a broker like rugby ?
The only thing i know is that i won't be allowed to buy as many R/Command as i want ;)
And i'm not sure i want to install new stuffs on the DB servers.
I'd like to know if some of you did already think about it ? What are your oppinions
on the the topic ?
