[REBOL] using nntp in rebol

How do I post to a newsgroup?
I figured out from the user guide how to read the list of newsgroups
and how to then read the messages. How do I post my own question
to the group. I could maybe use Netscape to do it but I would rather
learn how to do it in rebol. I browsed quickly through the source
for nntp.r, but it wasn't immediately obvious to me.
Files like this would be a lot more useful if some examples
of usage were given.
