I'm running rebol on Cobalt Raq4 servers. Using trial
and error I found that the release Linux ix86 libc5
works - you may need to try the libc6 one though.
As for uploading files, don't you have ftp access?
I have ftp access with my raq based account with
joshuainternet.com
