[REBOL] E-Mail attachments

I'm trying to send an email that has a text file as an attachment. I finding very little info on how to do this. The example on the rebol site utilizes some sophistcated code and I'm still a bit of a newbie with rebol so it's no help. Does anyone have a simple example of how to do this? Or can someone point me to some info about how to do this? Any help would be appreciated. David B
