I've searched occasionally for web-hosts advertising REBOL support and
they're thin on the ground, though these two have been around for a
while...

(Though I can't currently get to Happysite.)
However, going by previous messages on this list, it seems many
hosting providers are happy to help you get REBOL up and running if
you want it. Others here no doubt will reply, but you could try just
picking a few hosts that look okay to you and asking them if they're
happy to provide REBOL support. They'll lose a potential customer if
they're not willing to, after all.
