I've used the feedback form twice. Once for a bug that crashed the
interpreter. I got a response in 48 hours confirming I'd found a crash they
didn't know about.
The second time was only yesterday, and it's something minor about the RT
website. I'm not really expecting a response -- other than perhaps to see the
webpage changed.
So (in my limited experience) they do read, and they do respond. Keep trying!
