If you take your View Desktop to Rebol.com/sites/DocKimbel's:

You can menus implemented in the "Win95 skin" demo.
It works on Rebol/View 1.2.1 but I saw an error in a quite recent
beta. I think, as a rebol beginner, it's going to be difficult
to understand, but, I'll let you have a look first.
