Telnet and HTTP are two different protocols usually
handled by different server acting in different ways.
A telnet is like a remote shell (or Command Prompt
if you are on the dark side of computer science) while
HTTP is a protocol to transfer mainly hypertexts (texts,
images, sounds and movies and... REBOL scripts ;))
