Not using localizated dates on places it cause troubles. Like in international communication (FTP, http, E-mail)

Yes.. But it's not just that.. it's goes much further For example .. Its "Maj" in swedish and "Tou" in finish.. (Short of Toukokuu ) So in the end.. you need to check over 100 languages for all possible words you might encounter, in this case all 12 months names.. Not a good solution. :-( I remember this issue came up when Commodore decided to localize AmigaOS.. Suddenly some time-releated scripts stopped worlking.. (Whops) Joanna
