It can on ANY OS I used it on so far (AmigaOS, Linux, Solaris,
Windows...). I don't want to start a flame war, but if it doesn't
on the MacOS, I would blame the MacOS, not REBOL. Apple never got
to do something right (when they were close to, Jobs arrived and
scrapped everything).
Ok, anyway, I think RT should fix this, but I suspect this is not
high on their priority list. If MacOS supported more
standard/usual ways to pass parameters, this would be already
working. (The fact that it works on Web servers is a proof: they
use a standard way to pass parameters.)
