[REBOL] Adding to a layout.

I would like to add faces to a form conditionally. Specifically, I have an edit form that I create using layout. I would like to add a "Delete" button to the form only if the user is in edit mode and suppress the "Delete" button if the user is in add mode. I can't figure out how to do this?
