Yes. That was what I was referring to. What was strange to me was TO-WORD, not TO-BLOCK.

That's probably true! I was not thinking about the fact that FIRST SYSTEM/WORDS now returns a copy of the list of words in the object, not the list itself as it was in early /Core 2.x releases. So, it looks like I've just been stupid. :-) If I had tried using LOAD too, I would have found the error immediately.
