There probably is another way around it, probably involving a long string of esoteric chracters ;) What OS are you using? You're posting from Windows, in which case there are quite a few more sensible editors on cnet IIRC. But I'd recommend using emacs anyway, as there's a rebol mode for emacs and emacs is much, much better than vi or vim!
