Hi all
As proposend by Carl S. I used the web feedback form for sending some
enhancement requests. I got always a fast response.
After buying their SDK and sending some bug reports marked as urgent, I did
not get any reply.
Anyone with similar experience?
Even before they switched to the new form, I got answers to feedback
messages.
So I am wondering now, if either their form is broken or something else has
changed.
