[REBOL] REBOL as "Glue" ?

We are currently using ActiveWorks (WebMethods) to
interface our product with various legacy systems. We
are considering using REBOL as an alternative. We will
need to interface with DB2 via ODBC and Oracle
databases.
Has anyone used REBOL for similar purposes? Any
experience developing guaraneed delivery mechanisms in
REBOL? Also, anyone used ODBC drivers with REBOL under
NT? Is REBOL/Command ODBC interface robust?
