Yes. However, there are times with such integration
or the possibility of such integeration is *not*
desirable. Weaknesses can be strengths...

Definitely, REBOL *is* a king of convenience.
One of my brothers is a engineer and project
chief for Motorola. They use Perl for regex searchs,
rebol for socket connections and parsing.
Exploiting the individual language strengths.
