[REBOL] New REBOL Feedback

We've got our new feedback system up and running now at REBOL Tech.
(Written in REBOL of course.) This will help us be more responsive to your
feedback. Command, IOS, Encap, and other customers get preference on
feedback, but we do read every feedback message that we get.
So... if you've not received an answer to an important prior question, or
if you have a bug that you absolutely need fixed, please submit it to
www.rebol.com/feedback.html
