Yes, that's the one I found and extracted.

The REBOL script library. The existing library hasn't kept up with the
times too well, so a while back Carl asked if some of the folks here
would like to help in sprucing it up and thinking about how to take it
into the future. There is a small team working on that project as we
speak.
