well styling in View always struck me as a
weak css, then again I don't tend to use
Rebol for GUI building but more shell
scripting.

CSS also has the advantage as being usable
for styling in other technologies than html,
for example styling xml documents, styling
svg, and is the basis for numerous styling
solutions in markup, for example Open Office.
