I favo(u)r using Google Groups, as it seems to be reliable and open to
the world outside of rebol.
If and when Rebol/Services is coming, we can discuss the point again.
Until now I just do not know enough about these Services.

IMHO, Yes, it will. If I understand correctly then we only want a
temporary solution that works while REBOL/Services is finished. I
just don't want to see this problem overlooked. ;-)
