[REBOL] RSL: Rebol Standard Library

Proposal:
Why not create the Rebol Standard Library (RSL)?
As a community we can add to the strength of Rebol by adding a free standard
lib, free as in the BSD or MIT license
What we have so far (at least what I know/use, please add)
- MySQL c mapping and native Rebol protocol
- eRebol = rebol Server pages
- Rugby
- Design by contract
- Enhanced help
- Localization
- Various VID styles (Win 95 skinning etc.)
- Document generator (thanks Chris!)
- High order functions
- Rebol Web Server (but where?)
As apps / components we have / should have
- RIM
- Rebol Chat
- Rebol IRC
- Rebol P2P presence provider
- Rebol File sharing
What we need: the RSL committee that makes releases of the RSL and provides
hosting.
Scripts!!!
