ssh/scp can be used to send and receive data itself.
ssh can be used to open tunnels to servers for which rebol can use
standard protocols through.
some versions of rebol can be used to start external programs such as ssh.
there is not enough information to know which solution best suits your need.
how much of what kind of data how often?
regular/scheduleable or on demand
