This is already a breach of Robert's Rules, which is why I suggested Bob's
(a made up name). By rule, I cannot speak to this issue until everyone
is given a chance to speak once. Another reason to modify Robert to
Bob as we may not know "who is in the room".
I'm volunteering to keep minutes.

Initial Mandate: Prepare an Executive Summary of current events for
publication to RT.
Other Mandates: Local branches, Advocacy, Formalizing REBOL in the global
community, Formalizing beta tests, Suggesting Best Code practices, Serious
REBOL,
Fun REBOL. More, given member initiative.
