I know REBOL is popular in Europe [CZ, DE, FR, NL, IT]
How can efectively you really work with it if Unicode is missing?
Or does that only really apply to India and Asia?
If a long ways off, what do you suggest?
PHP and Python both handle Unicode now. I guess we need to find a way that REBOL
canuse thsoe or else develop one in REBOL.
An estimtes how hard or advisable that is, based on learnign from the source of
the other languages?
