Hi Behrang,

Your mail client seems to base-64 everything. In any case, yes, there
has been talk about it, but only a few people expressed interest in an
updated PDF manual. I believe the original PDF manual was produced
with FrameMaker or something similar, but it is no longer maintained
in that format.
